“They run some of the best events in the county”

Stuart Danks from DMOS People loves getting behind Shropshire Festivals’ events. He’s sponsored free fruit at Shrewsbury Food Festival, been headline sponsor of Oakengates Carnival, sponsored thousands of re-usable beer cups across of all our events, and even beer mats at Shropshire Oktoberfest.

He sees the benefit of aligning with a well-known and loved local business, which gives his business huge brand exposure to his clients, candidates, and team.

We asked him to share his experience of working with Shropshire Festivals…

Why do you sponsor Shropshire Festivals?

The reason we sponsor Shropshire Festivals is because they are part of the community. They bring a lot of people together and they run some of the best events in the county.

What do you get out of sponsoring one of the events?

First of all, we have lots of fun on the day when we are there. We have a lot of fun leading up to an event from marketing activities, all the way from the guys in the office being able to get involved and do some social media stuff and then also our clients get to really enjoy the event and it gets a lot of presence on social media.

What is your favourite event run by Shropshire Festivals?

Well for us, it has to be Shropshire Oktoberfest. It’s one of the first events that we went to with Shropshire Festivals and it’s one that’s always been fun from clients to staff. The music there and the atmosphere, it’s unbelievable, it’s brilliant.

What would you say to someone who is looking to sponsor Shropshire Festivals but is on the fence?

If I was sat on the fence and was needed to be persuaded to use Shropshire Festivals or to sponsor them, it would be definitely because of the brand awareness it gives your company, the fun you have sponsoring them and the fact that you’re helping a great local company.

If you’d like to leverage the power of the Shropshire Festivals’ brand to boost your marketing, get in touch with the team and let’s chat!

THANKS TO OUR GREAT SPONSORS
